This method of making a photovore is the simplest/ most basic way
and although it technically does the exact same thing as other
photovores, it's just two solarollers put together. The following
pictures will show what I mean:
As you can see there are two solarollers and each has one motor.
All you have to do is connect the two solarollers to a frame and
put the motors on opposite sides. The theory behind this is that if
the left solar cell gets more light then the right solar cell, then
the motor on the right (connected to the left cell) will move forward.
Together this makes the right side more forward.
Once you build your two solarollers and put them together you will need
a frame to hold them up. I suggest something very simple and lightweight,
like cardboard, aluminum, or something along those lines. Pictures of
bots I've built using this method will be up in a while.
